Prints are produced on acid-free paper using Ultra Chrome K3 AQ inks to enhance print longevity without unnecessary fading or loss of colour. All prints include a 1″ white border around the image to allow for future framing and matting if desired. Each print is carefully rolled in a tube for shipping so that you can choose your own personal frame (see Blog: https://www.maryannmccarroll.com/youve-received-your-rolled-print-now-what/). Ordering is quick and easy.

Description
On a visit to Costa Rica in May of 2016, I was fascinated by these bright, colourful birds that would never stay still long enough for me to take photos. On our last morning, from our deck, I got lucky. When I returned to Canada, I decided to capture the details of this exotic bird in a painting.
